How to book with INPUGLIATOUR

After you make your final selection you can book your villa, house or apartment by completing the online booking form (found on the respective detail page) or by e-mail.

If you book online you will receive an acknowledgment of your booking request by e-mail (not the booking confirmation). Within 24 hours of receipt of the reservation request online or by e-mail, we will send you confirmation of reservation by e-mail. If the desired accommodation should not be available, we will send you an alternative accommodation.

Our Terms and Conditions (Please read carefully)

1. Bookings are made in the name and on behalf of the Owner of the vacation home, while Inpugliatour acts as intermediary between Owner and Client.

2. Prices
Prices are per week for the rental of the property named, unless otherwise noted. Prices are in Euros. The price includes the cost of gas for cooking, electricity, towels and bed linen, final cleaning (unless otherwise noted in the description of the holiday house). All additional costs such as heating, firewood, sauna, air conditioning, additional beds and extra change of bed linen and / or bath, are payable directly to the owner.

4. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the cost of rent is required within 7 days from the reservation confirmation. In the event the deposit is not received within the above time period, Inpugliatour reserves the right to assigned the property to another client.The balance of the rental must be paid 45 days before the start of the rental period. Failure to pay the balance within this period will constitute the basis for the cancellation; the property will be re-offered and the cancellation policy applied. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Bank charges are paid by the Client. The voucher package will be sent upon receipt of final payment. It contains the detailed final confirmation of the rental and additional services required and the specifications of the property, the address and the phone number of the Inpugliatour contact person. The Client must present upon arrival, as the Inpugliatour managers have strict instructions not to release the keys other than the person named on the voucher.

5. Changes or cancellations made by the Client.

The modification or cancellation of reservations must be notified in writing by the Client to Inpugliatour. Inpugliatour will do their best to accommodate all reasonable special requests whenever possible, but cannot guarantee the confirmation of such special requests. An administrative fee of € 25.00 will be applied in addition to any costs imposed by the property Owner as a result of the confirmed requests; such charges will be communicated to the Client.

If the Client requests a change of dates of stay within 6 weeks of arrival date, the reservation can be considered canceled by Inpugliatour and cancellation fees will apply. Inpugliatour will however do everything possible to find suitable alternative accommodations for the Client.

Any changes to the number of guests in the party must be communicated as soon as possible and at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.

The reservation is considered canceled in the event of non- payment of the deposits within the required dates. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

0% if cancellation occurs on the 45th day and / or before the arrival date.

30% of the total cost if cancellation occurs between 44 th and 30 th day before the arrival date.

50% of the total cost if cancellation occurs between the 29th and 15th day before the arrival date.

80% of the total cost if cancellation occurs between the 14th and the day before the arrival date

100% of the total cost if cancellation occurs on or after the arrival date

6. Changes or cancellations made by Inpugliatour

Most alterations or changes to confirmed holiday arrangements are rare, such as the withdrawal of accommodation from the market or unforeseen maintenance work. Inpugliatour will always do their best to advise the Client of any changes in advance. Although unlikely, Inpugliatour reserves the right to replace the accommodation booked by the Client with another one of equivalent quality. In the event of a change, the Client has the option to accept or refuse the alternative accommodation offered by Inpugliatour. In the event that the alternative accommodation is at a price lower than the value that the Client has paid, Inpugliatour will refund the difference. If the alternative accommodation has a price higher than the price the Client has paid, then Inpugliatour, in this case, reserves the right to charge the Client the difference of said amount.

7. Number of People / Pets
The accommodation is reserved for the exclusive use of the people named on the voucher. No other person may use the property unless agreed in writing by Inpugliatour. Pets are allowed only if it is expressly described in the detailed description of the rental. The pet must be indicated in the reservation and must be accepted by Inpugliatour. The allocation of housing is not possible without the confirmation by Inpugliatour, otherwise the Owner may deny the reservation.

8. Arrivals, departures and code of behavior
Arrivals are accepted at the predetermined meeting points starting from 15:00 hours (3:00 pm) and until 20:00 hours (8:00 pm) of arrival date. If Client is delayed, they should call Inpugliatour to advise their revised expected arrival time. Inpugliatour will do their best to accommodate late arrivals, however Inpugliatour and the apartment Owners cannot guarantee access to the property after 22:00 hours and cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the delay.Whenever possible, Inpugliatour will comply with a request for late arrival due to traffic, delayed flights, or for health problems, to be communicated in advance by telephone; otherwise, in case of delay, Client will be charged a late arrival fee of 30.00 Euros. All expenses for the transport of persons, baggage and cargo from the place of departure to the vacationhouse are the responsibility of the Client. The rental voucher provided upon payment of the balance is not transferable and must be presented to Inpugliatour upon check-in. The voucher will indicate the number of people who have booked for the rental period and it is strictly forbidden to exceed this number. The information on the house is shown in the website description, if there are any changes before arrival, Client must request approval from Inpugliatour. A number of guests in excess of what has been previously agreed is a violation of the terms and conditions of rent and provides a good basis for the owner to deny entry into the property, resulting in termination of the contract and forfeiture of all sums paid.Inpugliatour cannot be held liable for any damages in the event the agreement is violated by the Client and the Owner decides to exercise their rights. Unacceptable behavior of the Client in the property (including the indiscriminate destruction of property, poor hygiene, excessive noise etc) is also a basis for the termination of the contract and offenders may be asked to leave the property immediately with a forfeiture of monies paid.
The departure must take place by 10:00 am on the last day of rental. Where possible, a late checkout may be allowed for a few hours, only upon prior consent of Inpugliatour.

9. Deposit
When Inpugliatour hands over the keys of the house to the Client, the Client must leave a deposit (bailment) in Euros and in cash as provided in the description. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after deduction of any damage caused to property, or for any additional costs not included in the rental price.

10. Liability
The properties offered by Inpugliatour are privately owned and reflect the local traditions and the tastes of the owners. It is therefore important that the Client acknowledges the peculiarities of these properties compared to their private home. Inpugliatour has inspected all properties represented and have made every effort to ensure that these properties are deemed apartments and houses, in order to meet the requests of their clients. requests. Inpugliatour are committed to offering the best available accommodations. If the Client has complaints while on holiday, he / she must contact Inpugliatour (contact details are given on the voucher). and Inpugliatour will strive to solve the problem, whenever possible. In the case of complaints after departure, the Client must contact Inpugliatourwithin 14 days from the end of property rental . Client should be aware that many of our properties are in rural areas, so it is likely that they may see animals such as lizards, field mice, ants and insects. In many properties there are swimming pools, dry stone walls, access to busy streets, stairs, unfenced areas etc. In any of these cases, Inpugliatour or the Owners take no responsibility for accidents that might occur and invites Clients to take all necessary precautions for their safety. Similarly, no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted for accidents that occur while the occupants or guests are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or non-medicinal drugs.

11. Force Majeure
Inpugliatour cannot accept responsibility in any circumstance in which the performance is hindered due to war, civil war, riots, terrorist activities, natural disasters, labor disputes, fire, nuclear explosion or adverse weather conditions.

12. Insurance
It is advisable that the Client and their guests obtain the appropriate travel insurance, from the their home country, prior to arrival in Italy.
