About
Tenuta del Bersagliere is a historic farmhouse built in stone at the beginning of the 19th century and recently renovated, surrounded by the flourishing countryside of the Itria Valley among vineyards, olive groves and orchards.
The villa consists of three independent units, respectively called Il Vigneto, L’uliveto and Il Grottino based on their location, and can accommodate up to 15 people in total. The entire structure is furnished with taste and elegance, with great attention to detail and equipped with every comfort.
Il Vigneto takes its name from its enchanting view of the estate’s vineyard, it consists of two large double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and corner bar, a kitchen and a bathroom (5/6 people).
L’Uliveto, adjacent to the olive grove, is made up of two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a large kitchen and a bathroom (5 people).
Finally, Il Grottino is an elegant structure carved into the rock and consists of two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a large kitchen and a bathroom (5 people).
Outside, a beautiful infinity pool with salt water of 70 sqm with solarium area, a large courtyard with relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and hammocks and a comfortable gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets of the Valle d’Itria in front of a typical Apulian aperitif.
Located in the heart of the Itria Valley, Masseria del Bersagliere is the ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays, a stone’s throw from the crystal-clear sea of the Adriatic and Ionian coasts and from medieval historic centres of incredible beauty such as Alberobello, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Ostuni.
Valle d’Itria is also an ideal destination for lovers of bicycles and nature walks: the Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Route offers the opportunity to immerse yourself, for a stretch of about 20 km, in a unique landscape made of centuries-old olive trees, vineyards and cultivated fields, dry-stone walls, trulli and farms.
